I create a playful, non-judgmental and experimental creative spaces in my  one-on-one sessions. If you are struggling with a project, have a creative block or just want to muse in an arty space- these sessions are for you. Each session is tailored to the specific creative's block/st

A sessions generally includes: 

​

• A guided visualisation meditation/Jungian active visualisation practice to activate your imagination/ meet the part of your psyche that is blocked and what is blocking it.

• Personalised art prompts to work through your creative blocks.

• Journaling prompts to start reflective writing.

• Guidance to discover your artistic identity

• Advice on how to investing in a creative ritual/practice at home that will help you connect to your creativity with more ease.

This intimate painting course will differ every year, depending on what aspect of the creative life is most pressing for me to share.

Each session interprets a different aspect of the yearly theme and is therefor also different every week. If the weather is nice, we might climb the mountain and paint the landscape of Fish Hoek. We might paint a big still-life that I've built in the studio, paint a nude model, ourselves or anything else that is interesting.

Every month I will make 2 slots available for deep dive into a specific topic/subject matter.

In 2022 we are studying the cycle of creativity. Each season we are interpreting the correlating creative season through paint, drawing, collage, and writing.

What to expect:

​

• In my group and one-on-one sessions I don’t teach individuals how to draw/paint/creative something specific. Rather I guide you to find your own way of working with a subject matter- that way creating a unique artistic identity. 

• I guide you to connect to your intuition and prompt you with tips, technical knowledge and methods that I have learned through the years of being a professional artist.

• We will do musing sessions to discuss your progress and share inspiration. 

• Depending on how the group is feeling we can end each course with an intimate exhibition. 

• I provide all materials.

• I only take 8 people per session.

I host painting parties with a nude model where we have wine and share in inspiration. This is a guided art experience, but less formal than my courses and one-on-one.

I will give some prompts, but mostly it is an arty party with groovy music and an opportunity to connect with creatives.
