In a Creative Winter, we can feel empty. This is not a bad thing to feel, depending on how you talk to yourself about this emptiness. If the voice in your mind says, “you are lost, barren, purposeless, and shouldn’t even try to start making something," of course the experience of a Creative Winter will be painful.

Everyone goes through seasons/cycles of creativity. The key is to know whether you are in a natural Creative Winter that requires rest and certain practices. Or, whether you are in an icy Creative Block due to old creative wounds and triggers, that require your loving attention. 

In this webinar, I will discuss the most common sources of creative blocks, how to deal with them and how to rest in a Creative Winter.
